Brick Mountain Logistics Appoints Chief Operating Officer

IINWOOD, NY, October 14, 2008 – Brick Mountain Logistics, LLC dba Cargo Connection, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pacer Health Corporation (OTCBB: PHLH) (“Pacer”), today announced the appointment of Christopher Madden as Chief Operating Officer. Based out of the company’s Inwood, NY office, Madden will be responsible for the further development and execution of all aspects of Brick Mountain's business strategy.

Madden brings more than 18 years of relevant experience to his new position. Prior to his newly appointed role, Madden was responsible for overseeing Brick Mountain’s airfreight and trucking divisions and was instrumental in helping expand Cargo Connection's trucking division to more than $17 million in annual revenue for 2007.

Madden’s elevated position within Brick Mountain Logistics will also include overseeing Brick Mountain Trucking which recently acquired All Mighty Services, Inc. and A-Diamond Delivery Service. Madden will execute Brick Mountain’s strategy to grow through acquisitions and transform itself into a national operation that shares support staff, best practices and operating processes.
